2023 marks the 49th anniversary for the Virginia Beach Neptune Festival! Every year, hundreds of thousands of people gather to celebrate this festival's many offerings. Daily concerts at festival stages are scattered along 30 blocks of the boardwalk and feature 20+ performances from local, regional, and national recording artists.
